A Multi-generational African Dance class for those who want to experience West African Dance in its traditional form. Class will include a full  body warm up  and an introduction to movement to drumming. You will learn dances and rhythms, and enjoy a traditional community dance circle at the end.
 
Alice Heller has been teaching African dance for over 15 years, and for the past 4 years,teaching creative movement, yoga and gymnastics to toddlers and preschoolers around the Boston area. She also is a mom of 2 boys. Alice integrates movement and rhythm in a unique fun fashion.
